Title Clerk/Biller

Florida Luxury Auto Dealer is looking to expand our Title/Billing Department. We are looking for a full-time experienced professional Title Clerk/Biller. The successful applicant will have 2 plus years of DMV Automotive Billing and Dealership Accounting experience. Applicants must be able to perform the following duties:

• Prepare licensing and titles for all retail residents and non-resident customers
• Ensure proper billing and finalizing of wholesale units and follow-up wholesale paperwork
• Cut checks for purchase units and payoffs
• Assist all deals to have proper documents for finalized funding
• Back up for floor plan – payoffs/add on with bank
• Post banking including wires, funding and daily transactions as needed
• Scanning deals, filing and DMV refunds
• Perform some administrative duties
• Ensure compliance with all government regulations
• Maintain a professional appearance
