What You'll Do

• Provide specialized critical care to ICU patients across multiple units, including Neuro, Surgical, Medical, and Cardiology ICU
• Float between units based on staffing and patient acuity, ensuring optimal patient care delivery
• Monitor and manage ventilator support, telemetry, and IV starts
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Ensure compliance with hospital protocols and safety standards
• Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in EPIC Electronic Health Record system

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license
• 2+ years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC
• Skills in IV starts, telemetry, and ventilator management

• Previous travel nursing experience
• Flexibility to float across different ICU units of similar or lower acuity
