Level 5, $105,167 - $114,938 pa (pro rata), Public Sector CSA Agreement 2024 Position No: 15014 Work Type: Fixed Term - Part Time Location: Perth Closing Date: 2026-06-02 4:00 PM The Art Gallery of Western Australia About the position This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced individuals with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to attract, grow and maintain support for The Art Gallery of Western Australia (AGWA). It will be important to establish and cultivate relationships with a range of stakeholders including current and potential donors and funders. This will require researching, identifying, implementing, and evaluating development strategies and initiatives, working collaboratively with the AGWA Director, Foundation Manager, and curatorial staff. AGWA are establishing a pool to fill an immediate opportunity and future casual/fixed-term opportunities. This pool will run for a period of 24 months from the initial appointment and applicants deemed suitable may be considered for similar vacancies. Our purpose is to preserve, interpret, display and acquire historic and contemporary visual arts. Through our collections, programs and events, we offer visitors exciting encounters with Western Australian art, Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander art and the art of the world. The Art Gallery of Western Australia has an established national and international reputation and brings major world exhibitions to Western Australia and takes Western Australian initiated exhibitions to the world. Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with key stakeholders. Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a 60-minute assessment task as part of the selection process.
