Now Hiring: Electro-Mechanical Assemblers

Join a state-of-the-art production operations team as a medical device assembler, building bedside monitoring equipment used in hospital rooms. You will assemble electro-mechanical components, perform testing on sub-assemblies, and ensure products meet strict quality and documentation standards in a collaborative, process-driven environment.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience doing Electronic or Mechanical Assembly.
• Previous assembly experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Previous testing experience on assemblies or sub-assemblies.
• Mechanical aptitude, such as enjoying building or assembling items independently.
• Knowledge of and ability to use hand tools safely and effectively.
• Computer proficiency, including the ability to follow SOPs and instructions in MS Word.
• Demonstrated ability to follow manufacturing processes and apply problem-solving skills when issues arise.
• Ability to maintain accurate documentation, including recording traceability information on routers and transacting materials online.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and support positive interpersonal relationships.
• Physical ability to lift and package assemblies or medical device assemblies up to 45 lbs.

Work Environment

The facility is state-of-the-art, temperature-controlled, and well maintained, providing a clean, comfortable, and professional production environment. You will work on a production floor using hand tools, computer systems for data entry and SOP review, and equipment for testing and packaging medical device assemblies. The environment is team-oriented, with cross-training across multiple assembly stations and a focus on safety, quality, and collaboration!

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Eden Prairie, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
