Payroll Specialist (Bilingual)- New Client Set-up

Job Description SouthEast Personnel is the 2nd Largest, Privately owned business in Tampa Bay is currently seeking a Bilingual Payroll Specialist to join our team New Client Set-up Department in Holiday, FL.. Duties Include: Import and process timecard submissions daily for a diverse multi-state clientele verifying payroll data is accurate and efficient Process multiple pay frequency payrolls including coordinating processing of information within internal departments and maintain supporting documentation for employee maintenance Experience Requirements: Microsoft Office Skills (including Excel proficiency) 1-2 Years in payroll processing experience Excellent verbal and written communication skills Multi-state payroll processing Must be able to work in a fast-paced onsite environment Pay may be based on previous payroll experience and skills.
