Your total compensation consists not only of the wage that you are paid, but also all includes Medical, Dental, and Vision coverage beginning the first day of the next month, 401K Contribution, paid time off, and so much more!This position is responsible for overseeing a guest's visit to the Spa at The Hotel Hershey. **To accommodate the needs of our guests, this position is for MALE only** Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Giving tours of the spaAnswering guest questionsEscorting guests to the quiet room and spa servicesMaintaining the cleanliness of the locker rooms and other spa facilitiesStocking supplies in locker room and fitness center, Monitoring safe usage of all spa facilitiesProviding the highest level of guest service for all Hotel Hershey guestsPerform other duties as assigned Qualifications: Must be 18 years of age or olderMust have a valid driver's licenseMust have high school diploma or equivalentPrior experience in customer oriented atmosphere, preferably in the hospitality field Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Basic computer knowledgeStrong Organizational skills with the ability to multitaskGood communication skills Job Demands: Shifts available are flexible between 8 a.m. and 8 p.m. and based on business needs; weekends and holidays requiredDuties may require reaching, climbing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 20 lbs Nothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.
