Pearle Vision in Eagan is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Optician to join our team. In this role, you will assist customers in selecting the perfect eyewear, provide expert advice on lens options, and ensure excellent customer service throughout the fitting and purchasing process. - Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their vision needs and style preferences.
- Perform precise measurements to ensure proper fit and comfort of eyewear.
- Provide product information and answer customer questions regarding lenses, coatings, and adjustments.
- Process sales transactions and maintain accurate records of customer orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
- Stay current on new products, industry trends, and vision care technologies.
- Previous experience as an Optician or in a related optical retail role is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from $18.00 to $25.00. Plus an individual and store based commission program.
