The approach builds scalable platforms through add-on acquisitions, organic growth, operational improvement, and disciplined integration. Position Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and analytically strong Private Equity Associate to join our investment team. As an Associate, you will play a critical role in evaluating new investments, conducting due diligence, executing transactions, and working closely with portfolio companies to drive growth and performance improvement. Key Responsibilities Investment Evaluation: Conduct industry and market research, analyze financial statements, build financial models, and support the due diligence process for potential acquisitions. Deal Execution: Assist in structuring transactions, preparing investment memoranda, coordinating with legal and financial advisors, and supporting the closing process. Monitor performance of portfolio companies, support strategic initiatives (organic growth, add-ons, integration), and collaborate with management teams to enhance value creation. Strategic Analysis: Stay informed on market trends and industry dynamics to identify opportunities aligned with the firm's vision Internal Collaboration: Work closely with senior team members and contribute to refining investment theses and strategic plans for both new and existing investments.
