WEEKDAYS - MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY- THURSDAY - 10AM - 5PM

DEMENTIA EXPERIENCE IS A MUST



 

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to provide attentive, high-quality care to client during the day and nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will ensure safety, comfort, and well-being while assisting with personal care during the day and monitoring throughout the night.

• Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming) as needed

• Help with mobility and offer companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, meal prep)

• Maintain accurate care logs and communicate with family or staff

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to stay awake and alert throughout overnight shifts

 

 

Qualifications & Requirements

• CNA License

• Previous caregiving or in home care experience preferred

• Current FIRST AID & CPR certification

• Current TB (negative PPD results) in the last 6 months

• Pass criminal record and Level 2 background in AHCA clearinghouse.
  

• Reliable transportation/Valid driver’s license.

• Experience with Alzheimer’s and Dementia, Memory care a MUST.

 

SYNERGY HomeCare offers:

· Pay rate: $18.00 - $20.00 hour

· Direct deposit

· W2 employment (not 1099)
