Purpose
Defines success for recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, coaching, performance reviews, and succession planning.

3. Enable Operational Excellence Through Quality

4. Ensure Product Release & Customer Requirement Compliance

100% contract review completion
Zero requirement-review escapes
Zero release-process shipment holds

5. Build a High-Performing Quality Organization

Success Indicators:

90%+ team retention
100% training compliance
Successor identified for key positions
Positive employee engagement feedback

6. Lead Strategic Quality Improvement

Success Indicators:

Complete 3 major improvement projects annually
Deliver $100K+ documented savings
Improve at least 3 key business KPIs

Experience
3-5 years in quality -ideally a quality engineer prior or similar + CMM programming skills
