Senior Business Systems AnalystBraun Intertec Corporation is looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst to serve as the functional and business process expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and related financial systems. This role partners with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Information Technology, and external partners to lead the analysis, design, implementation, enhancement, and support of enterprise business solutions. The Senior Analyst provides both strategic and tactical leadership for business applications, ensuring solutions align with organizational objectives, improving operational efficiency, and supporting long-term growth. The position combines deep financial process expertise, advanced business analysis capabilities, and strong technical acumen to drive continuous improvement across the enterprise.Essential Duties And Responsibilities:D365 Finance & Operations LeadershipFinancial Process AnalysisSolution Design And DeliveryTesting, Deployment And SupportReporting And Data AnalysisLeadership And Cross-Functional CollaborationGovernance And ComplianceRequired Competencies & Skills:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions.Strong process improvement and business process reengineering experience.Experience leading cross-functional projects and initiatives.Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Strong project management and organizational abilities.Experience working within Agile and hybrid project environments.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.High customer service orientation and commitment to continuous improvement.Experience utilizing Agile methodologies for Azure Dev Ops (ADO) preferred.Experience with professional services and / or the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industry is preferred.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business administration, management information systems, computer science or related degree strongly preferred8+ years experience in analyzing business and system requirements to design and implement enterprise business applications and solutions8+ years' experience with D365 Finance & Operations.
