An exceptional new graduate will be considered. * 14 bed Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) with an average daily census of 8-10 babies * Over 2,500 deliveries per year; 300 NICU admissions per year * A positive and collaborative environment is facilitated by a very supportive relationship between physicians and APRNs. * 24/7 NNP coverage with on-call neonatologist at night. * Flexible 24- or 48-hour shifts support an excellent work-life balance. * Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. * Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities. * Strong, APRN-led Leadership Team * Ask us about potential tuition reimbursement assistance * Sign-on bonus and relocation *About the Hospital:* HCA Houston Conroe is part of HCA Houston Healthcare, a family of hospitals serving over one million patients yearly at 13 hospitals within the Greater Houston area.
