Job Overview Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston, an affiliate of Pediatrix Medical Group, is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast Hospital, located in Pasadena, TX. Team & Environment Join a dedicated team of 3 NNPs and 24 Neonatologists. An exceptional new graduate will be considered. The 14‑bed Level III NICU averages 8–10 babies per day, with 300 NICU admissions annually. Our physicians and APRNs use a multidisciplinary team approach in managing clinical care. Leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities are available. A strong APRN‑led leadership team supports a positive and collaborative environment. Shift & Coverage 24/7 NNP coverage with on‑call neonatologist at night. Flexible 24‑ or 48‑hour shifts support an excellent work‑life balance. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive neonatal care in a multidisciplinary team. Lead and participate in leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure continuous 24/7 coverage for the NICU. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification in neonatal nursing. Minimum of a master’s degree.
