The Sales Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in our fast-paced environment, ensuring the seamlessexecution of our sales and retail energy service deliverables. As an integral member of the team, theSales Support Analyst is tasked with managing workflows, liaising with sales team and external brokers,coordinating with pricing and operations, and maintaining data integrity. What you'll do: Manage workflows : Oversee time-sensitive processes to ensure accuracy and deadlines are consistently met. Credit Checks : Conduct thorough due diligence on high-value customers to assess risk and ensure compliance. Contract Creation : Prepare detailed and accurate contracts, ensuring all components are correct and aligned with internal requirements, with a clear understanding of how contracts flow into Operations. Contract Booking : Coordinate with Operations to properly book contracts and ensure smooth execution. Broker Confirmation : Work closely with brokers to confirm deal details and ensure alignment across all parties. Closed Deal Logging : Accurately log completed deals and manage all post-contract activities. Complex Billing Sales Support : Take ownership of complex billing scenarios, including audits, issue resolution, and ensuring accuracy in invoicing and post-contract financial processes. Post-Contract Management : Oversee activities after deal closure, ensuring all contractual and operational obligations are fulfilled. Broker & Customer Coordination : Partner with brokers to ensure timely customer payments and proactively address any billing or account issues. Operational Follow-Ups : Act as a liaison with Operations to ensure broker and customer requests are handled efficiently and with high-quality service. Team Support : Provide backup and support to other Sales Support team members when they are out of office (OOO). Maintain data accuracy : Import and manage data with precision to protect client and deal integrity. Keep reports current : Maintain accurate internal reporting for clear visibility across teams. Provide cross-functional support : Step in where needed to assist with pricing, contract generation, and booking.
