RPM Living is seeking an Assistant Community Manager for an on-site role in Fort Worth, TX. You will assist in daily operations of a multi-family community, focusing on financial records, leasing, marketing and resident relations to sustain occupancy. The role requires knowledge of HUD/RAD programs, tax credit experience and leadership abilities to supervise staff and ensure policy compliance while maintaining resident satisfaction.
