Job Full Opportunity Brief Title: Interim Senior Contracts Counsel Category: Jobs Organiser: Major, Lindsey & Africa Description: Major, Lindsey & Africa’s Interim Legal Talent group is seeking a part-time Interim Senior Contracts Counsel for a large financial institution. The role focuses on overflow work and escalations for AI and infosec issues, alongside drafting and negotiating complex technology transaction contracts, master services agreements, and vendor agreements. This is a temporary, 100% remote position for a duration of 6+ months. Eligibility: Applicants must possess a J.D. degree and be a member in good standing of at least one state bar. A minimum of 10-20+ years of experience in complex commercial transactions, technology transactions, and risk assessment is required. Previous experience in-house or at a major law firm is preferred.
