Job Summary:
The ICU RN provides care to critically ill patients, including assessment, treatment, and monitoring. The role involves collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Shift:
• Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Sign-On Bonus:
• Up to $10,000 (Days)
• Up to $15,000 (Nights)

Relocation:
• Available (case-by-case)

Key Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of recent ICU experience
• Acute care experience required
• Active Florida RN license (or compact; FL required within 60 days)
• ASN/Diploma required; BSN preferred
• BLS required
• ACLS & NIHSS required within 6 months

Key Responsibilities:
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for ICU patients
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor patient condition and update records
• Educate patients and families
