Experienced Title Clerk

Fields Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood is currently looking for an experienced Title Clerk to join our motivated team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of automotive dealership experience. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking and organizational skills.

TITLE CLERK $24.00-$26.00 DOE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare title work for sold vehicles and submit to DMV on time
• Process out-of-state paperwork and submit on time
• Obtaining all dealer titles from payoffs and auction
• Processing all registration transfers for new and pre-owned vehicles
• Obtaining all dealer titles from payoffs and auction
• Process renewals for company and loaner vehicles
• Maintain titles and MSO's for new and used inventory
• Process all Dealer trades and wholesales
• Enter used vehicle purchases into inventory
• Monthly physical inventory
• Maintain organized work area
