JOB SUMMARY This position is for a dynamic individual to take on a pivotal role in enhancing the profitability of Delek's Big Spring Refinery. As a crucial member of our team, you'll drive refining optimization, ensuring the efficient selection of feedstocks, product placement, and detailed planning and scheduling of refinery operations. The primary focus will be on devising monthly and weekly operating plans and defining operational targets to maximize product value as well as overseeing refinery budgets and contributing to capital project evaluations and business development opportunities. Additionally, you'll be the team lead for refinery planning and economics, fostering collaboration with our corporate optimization team, schedulers, and traders to achieve our collective goals. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 4 year / Bachelor's Degree (Required) In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered. Two (2) or more years Management experience (Required) Eight (8) or more years Process engineering, planning related experience in refining industry (Required) No Licensure or Certification Required.
