This position is responsible for implementing workflow procedures based on direction from the Site Manager. Their duties include supervising employees during day-to-day tasks, providing customer support in escalated situations and managing the overall workflow of a workplace.**Duties and Responsibilities:*** Schedule and coordinate meetings.* Conduct employee performance reviews.* Develop good customer relationships.* Participate in recruitment and dismissal processes.* Smooth out problems within the workplace.* Address employee and customer concerns.* Develop strategies for better workplace efficiency and goal achievement.* Email and phone correspondence.* Liaise between managers, customers and employees.* Provide direction to staff.* Monitor spending patterns and budget.* Fill in for Site Manager (GM) in times of absence. Make executive decisions, hold meetings and provide accountability.* Organizing shift schedules for team members* Monitoring attendance, tardiness and time off* Assigning duties to specific employees based on role and skills* Supervising employees and assisting with tasks as necessary* Managing employees’ requests and transgressions* Training new and current team members on tasks* Handling customer issues and managing conflicts* Adhering to company policies and health, safety and employment standards* Balancing cash drawers and preparing cash deposits* Performs all other duties as requested**Additional Tasks:*** Greet customers courteously and explain available wash services to them; take and process wash payments to the satisfaction of customers and car wash* Perform cleaning of facility and ensure everything is kept in the appropriate place and organized (water hoses, nozzles, brushes, soap buckets, broom, hand tools, pressure washer, and grease gun)* Provide assistance to customers in any area concerning car wash process* Move or direct cars into the express wash tunnel with a pleasant, focused, and competent attitude* Points to directional sign; neutral, no-brake, no steering while watching the customer to ensure directions are followed.* Smiles at customer and does thumbs up after guest is in neutral with no brakes* Carry out visual inspection of vehicles to confirm their condition before sending them into the wash area* Ensure company policies and safety procedures are adhered to in carrying out given tasks daily* Ensure vacuums are unclogged, trash cans emptied, and hoses properly hung* With a sense of urgency, ensure the right thing is done at the right time with customers, home office, and fellow teammates.## Qualifications**Qualifications:*** Ability to display courteous and professional attitude* Excellent customer service skills to ensure optimum customer satisfaction* Strong ability to work flexible hours, such as evenings and weekends* Ability to work standing over long periods of time* Ability to lift items of moderate weight* Ability to work outdoor and be efficient in all weather conditions* Ability to interact ethically with fellow employees and customers* Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as interpersonal skills* Strong ability to handle the physical demand of the job* Ability to follow directions and correctly implement tasks.* Car wash locations can create wet hazardous conditions and safety precautions should be met for safety and compliance\*\*Roles and responsibilities are listed above but are not limited to the list.
