This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to gain exposure across a wide range of projects while working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment. This is a full-time, hybrid role based out of our headquarters at One World Trade Center, with in-office days on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. What You'll Do Maintain project trackers, meeting notes, and key documentation. Support creative and marketing workflows, including briefs, reviews, approvals, and audits. Assist with copywriting and ideation for marketing materials and email campaigns. Help manage and maintain social media accounts. Partner with internal teams to ensure projects are executed on time. Stay on top of industry trends to inform social media and event strategies. Provide ad hoc support to the Senior Leadership Team. Who You Are You have at least 1 year of professional experience. Bonus points if you've worked cross-functionally with multiple teams. You're a strong communicator who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and naturally curious. You're interested in building a career in project management, marketing, social media, creative production, or communications. You're excited about exploring how AI can enhance creativity and efficiency.
