CRM Operations Manager
The CRM Operations Manager will serve as the team's expert in Braze, focusing on segmentation, personalization, and experimentation. This role involves documenting processes, acting as a liaison with Data Engineering and MarTech, and enhancing data pipelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage segmentation, dynamic content, and automation logic in Braze.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline workflows.
- Support setup and QA of complex lifecycle campaigns and triggered journeys.
- Conduct rendering and link testing for messages.
- Execute on Ads team campaigns across email and IAMs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4 - 6+ years of experience in CRM or Marketing Operations.
- Advanced knowledge of Braze, including Canvas orchestration and Liquid logic.
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS and basic JavaScript.
- Working knowledge of SQL or comparable tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
