Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW)Birmingham, Alabama | Remote / TelehealthEmployment: Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Compensation: $115,000–$120,000 annually + full benefitsWe're seeking an experienced LICSW to provide individual therapy to clients through telehealth. You'll be responsible for your own client appointments and clinical follow-up, with the flexibility of working remotely from a private setting.The position suits a clinician who is comfortable handling cases independently, communicating with clients online, and using professional judgment when additional care or referral may be appropriate.Clinical ResponsibilitiesClient CareConduct scheduled individual therapy appointmentsDiscuss presenting concerns and determine the appropriate focus of careApply clinical social work approaches suited to the clientIdentify when additional services or referrals should be consideredClinical AdministrationComplete session notes and required client recordsKeep documentation current and accurateParticipate in case consultation when appropriateMaintain confidentiality across all virtual interactions
