• Shift: 24-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 AM)
• Hours/Week: Approx. 36 hours/week
• Employment Type: Full-time, direct hire
• Licenses/Certifications: Active California medical license, BC in Obstetrics & Gynecology, BLS & ACLS required
• Experience: 1+ years of delivery experience preferred

What You'll Do:

• Provide expert inpatient obstetrical care in a Level 2 NICU hospital setting
• Manage approximately 13-14 patients per 24-hour shift in hospital, outpatient, and clinic settings
• Conduct deliveries, including vaginal and C-sections (25%)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
• Document all patient care efficiently using the EPIC electronic medical record system
• Participate in scheduled shifts, including weekends and holidays with pay premiums
• No on-call duties required

What You Need:

• Active California medical license or in process
• Board Certified in Obstetrics & Gynecology
• Current BLS and ACLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of delivery experience required
• Ability to work 24-hour shifts and weekends
• COVID-19 vaccination compliance
