While you will interact primarily online, you will also have access to our community health clinic resources when needed. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to develop tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs. Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to deliver high-quality therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups. Implement a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and coordinated care for all clients, enhancing treatment outcomes. Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality at all times. Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training opportunities, staying abreast of the latest mental health research and practices. Patient Population / Client Focus Our client base includes individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, substance use, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related mental health field. Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Washington. A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required. Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples counseling, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable. Preferred Experience Ideal candidates will possess experience working with various populations, particularly those who have faced significant life challenges or who require specialized interventions. An understanding of community resources and best practices within the behavioral health sector will be an advantage. Compensation and Benefits Families Center Counseling Services offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to USD 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
