About the role As Assistant Manager, you support the customer experience and shape a strong store culture for associates. Your role as a store leader is an opportunity to nurture relationships with both customers and associates. The impact you can have In this role, you'll have the opportunity to: * Cultivate a customer-focused environment that consistently delivers exceptional customer experiences. * Act as a leader on the sales floor and model the brand's behaviors to engage and assist customers. * Inspire, educate, and coach associates to leverage the brand's behaviors to create genuine customer connections. * Create an inclusive store environment for associates where everyone feels welcome and engaged. * Use technology to provide customers with a seamless omnichannel shopping experience.

• Support the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, and developing talent.
• Use tools and reporting to drive operational excellence and financial

discipline. * Build productive relationships by listening, sharing ideas, and supporting the team. You'll bring to the role

• 1+ year retail management experience (preferred)
• Brings a hospitality mindset when connecting with customers and associates
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a point-of-sale system
• Strong business acumen and ability to implement action plans to drive results
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions
