Prep Cook

SAGE Dining Services is seeking reliable Food Service Workers for a private school dining hall in New Orleans LA. We believe in promoting from within and value our team's skills. Our meals are made from scratch, so you can take pride in what you create every day.

Pay Type: $17.00 - $18.00 Hourly

Time Commitment: Full Time

Schedule: Monday 8:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Tuesday 8:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Wednesday 8:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Thursday 8:00 AM - 03:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 03:00 PM. Must work catering events: Some of the time.

What you'll do:

Interact positively with SAGE guests and Team Members.
Maintain the customer service areas to ensure our guests enjoy amazing dining experiences.
Prepare assigned menu items in accordance with SAGE recipes.
Use proper food handling, storage, and sanitation techniques (HAACP).

What you'll need:

Experience as a prep cook or line server in a commercial kitchen preferred.
Ability to understand and execute recipes and instructions in English accurately.
Ability to interact with SAGE guests and Team Members in a professional and positive manner and provide service with a smile!
