Diversified Sourcing Solutions is expanding its team and seeking reliable Production Operators for an automotive manufacturing facility in McCalla, AL. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing operation with longterm potential.

Responsibilities

• Assemble automotive parts according to specifications and blueprints

• Ensure all assembled components meet quality and safety standards

• Inspect parts for defects and make necessary adjustments

• Follow detailed work instructions and production schedules

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Troubleshoot basic assembly issues as they arise

• Adhere to all company and facility safety protocols

Qualifications

• Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

• Willingness to work in a fastpaced production environment

• Ability to work overtime as needed, including some Saturdays

Pay & Schedule

• Pay: $15 per hour

• Shifts Available: 8-12 hours shifts

• Some Saturdays required based on production needs
