Hospice RN Case Manager

City/State Chesapeake, VA Work Shift First (Days) Overview: Sentara Health is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Registered Nurse Case Manager. Overview: The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice Provides high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes or hospice settings, ensuring comfort, dignity, and emotional support during end-of-life care. Anticipated Status/Shift: Full Time (40 hours/week) Day Shift Position Location: Sentara Hospice Services - Chesapeake, VA Pay Range: $33.61- $56/hour We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits.
