Make a meaningful impact supporting students as a school-based Occupational Therapist in a dynamic educational setting near Marshall, MI. This contract opportunity spans the 2026-2027 school year, featuring both a full school year position and a maternity leave coverage. Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team while delivering vital OT services to help students achieve academic and functional success.

Available Opportunities:

• Maternity Leave: November 5th to mid-February, full-time, up to 37.5 hours per week.
• Full School Year: August 24, 2026 through June 11, 2027, four days per week, with three onsite and one remote day (30 hours per week).

Key Qualifications:

• Active Michigan Occupational Therapy license (submission of a current copy required)
• Experience working with students in a school or pediatric setting is highly valued
• Ability to design and implement IEP-related interventions and collaborate with educators and families
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Experience providing therapy in both in-person and remote environments preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary evaluations
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students, adapting for various learning environments
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student participation and independence
