There are two immediate needs: a maternity leave coverage beginning November 5th and a full school year placement through June 2027. Both roles feature a flexible hybrid schedule with three days on-site and one day remote per week.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapy license for Michigan (must present a valid copy)
• Prior experience working in elementary, middle, or high school settings preferred
• Familiarity with the assessment, planning, and delivery of OT services within a school environment
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Commitment to fostering growth and independence for students of diverse backgrounds

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine students’ functional abilities and needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other support staff to support student achievement
• Document services and progress in accordance with required standards
• Participate in IEP meetings and support compliance with all state and federal guidelines
• Utilize creative problem-solving to address challenges, adapting services for both onsite and remote days

This opportunity spans from August 24th through June 11th, with 30 hours each week over four days, ideally suited for professionals seeking meaningful work-life balance.
