This role provides leadership to Store Managers, drives execution of company initiatives, and supports financial performance through effective cost management, team development, and operational consistency.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive store performance by monitoring sales, expenses, and operational metrics to ensure profitabilityManage controllable costs including labor, overtime, cash handling, inventory, and maintenanceEnsure execution of promotions, merchandising, and new product launches in partnership with MarketingAnalyze business trends and provide insights on opportunities, results, and competitive activityPartner with vendors to ensure product availability and maintain professional relationshipsEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and all applicable laws and regulationsEnforce and monitor restricted sales and safety standards to protect employees, customers, and assetsLead, coach, and develop Store Managers to achieve performance goals and operational standardsSupport recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of store-level team membersProvide ongoing performance management including coaching, feedback, and corrective action as neededEstablish clear expectations and accountability for store teamsSupport financial planning by assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysisPrepare and review operational and financial reports to support decision-makingFoster a safe, secure, and inclusive work environmentMaintain strong ethical standards aligned with company valuesContribute to overall business unit goals and key performance targetsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, or equivalent experience3–5 years of retail experience preferred, including at least 2 years in a leadership roleStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and drive resultsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Ability to effectively train and develop Store Managers and teamsValid driver's license requiredPhysical RequirementsAbility to sit for extended periodsUse of computer, keyboard, and mouseAbility to view monitors and communicate via phoneOccasional reaching and lifting up to 20 poundsWork EnvironmentOffice and retail store environmentsModerate noise levelsCombination of natural and fluorescent lightingAbility to work with limited supervisionCircle K is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
