Rooted in the values of quality service and integrity, we are dedicated to creating a supportive and inclusive atmosphere where employees can advance, innovate, and contribute to our ongoing success.Cup Machine Operator2nd Shift from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PMABOUT THE ROLE To properly operate equipment from a safety, quality and efficient perspective, while maintaining the cleanliness of all equipmentWHAT YOU'LL DO Operate 6+ packaging systems (W25-1/2, Cryovac, L24, BIB, 12-up, 6-up fillers).Load film carts and rolls correctly; monitor and adjust for continuous operation.Select appropriate packaging materials (boxes, labels, date coding).Adjust machine settings to maintain target product weights.Execute standard changeovers with team members to limit downtime.Perform minor mechanical troubleshooting independently.Document production data (inspection logs, downtime records, metal detection results).Clean, rinse, sanitize equipment using COP (Clean Out of Place) and CIP (Clean In Place) methods.Follow all safety protocols including lockout/tagout; identify emergency stops and pinch points.Maintain compliance with all food safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
