Retail Sales Consultant

Position RSC-SCM66 External Description Deliver complete, high quality sales that exceed the company's benchmark on key metrics. Drive sales of preferred handsets, rate plans, features, and accessories per company guidance and benchmarks set by management. Responsibilities Practice specific behaviors and best practices to generate and maximize sales and key metrics as indicated by management. Lead by example and provide assistance to new hires and peer Retail Sales Consultants. Adhere to all company policies, handbook guidelines, and paper‑work procedures. Master required systems such as Aktivate, ADP, Cricket Learning, RQ4, and Paycom. Regularly review sales paperwork for discrepancies and errors. Follow all cash depositing procedures and accept full responsibility for any deficiencies caused by your error or negligence. Protect and maintain company assets and store appearance. Use proper judgment to prevent fraudulent purchases that comply with company restrictions. Accurately complete opening and closing checklists with zero errors. Immediately communicate any inventory deficiencies to supervisors. Consistently record time and attendance in RQ4. Adhere to schedule and provide adequate notice for all requested time off. Takes personal responsibility for all problems within your control. Requirements At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions. Minimum of 4 days/30 hours per week. Ability to stand for long periods of time. Reliable transportation to location, training, and off‑site meetings.
