Litigation Paralegal

Overview Client is seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive litigation paralegal to join the legal team. Experience: 5+ Location: Hybrid in Boise, ID Responsibilities 4–6+ years of litigation paralegal experience (law firm or in‑house) supporting active litigation matters Hands‑on experience with core litigation workflows, including document review, discovery, and document collection from custodians Ability to support attorneys with case management, including organizing files, tracking deadlines, and assisting with discovery responses Comfortable operating in a fast‑paced environment with high‑volume matters and tight turnaround times Able to work onsite in Boise for initial training, then maintain hybrid schedule Will report into litigation team leadership and partner closely with a senior paralegal handling higher‑level strategy/work Ability to conduct intake interviews and handle client‑facing matters Qualifications Significant litigation paralegal experience (in‑house experience preferred) Experience conducting intake interviews and handling client‑facing matters Ability to effectively communicate with business stakeholders Ability and willingness to work onsite in Boise for the training period and hybrid availability thereafter Direct experience handling discovery, document review, and document collection processes Availability to start ASAP and commit to a minimum 6‑month engagement Full‑time availability (40 hours/week) Information regarding benefits can be found on MLA’s Website on the Consultant Resources Page: All interested and qualified candidates should apply directly with Major, Lindsey & Africa for review and consideration.
