The Connecticut Team is hiring a Customer Service and Sales Associate to support our telecom and energy client campaigns throughout the greater Hartford area. This is an entry-level position with paid training, making it an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a long-term career in customer relations, sales, and account management.

What You'll Do

• Meet with customers to discuss products and services
• Build positive relationships through exceptional customer service
• Represent our clients professionally during face-to-face interactions
• Support customer acquisition and account growth
• Answer customer questions and provide product information
• Work alongside your team to achieve campaign goals
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

• Customer service, retail, restaurant, hospitality, or other customer-facing experience preferred

Position Details
Location: Wethersfield, CT (In-Person)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM-6:30 PM
Compensation: Expected first-year earnings of $50,000-$55,000 , including commission
