As a Virtual Treasury Management Officer II within PNC’s Public Finance Treasury Management Sales organization, you will be based in multiple locations including Chicago, IL; Milwaukee, WI; Troy, MI; Toledo, OH; Columbus, OH; Cleveland, OH; Pittsburgh, PA; and Philadelphia, PA. Responsibilities Work as a regional sales professional utilizing strong virtual communication skills to manage new and existing clients. Identify complex customer needs and present the full range of PNC’s products and services to help them succeed financially. Develop and manage clients across multiple markets to grow sales, increase revenue and deepen share of wallet, aiming to transition them to primary clients. Coordinate the implementation and documentation of non‑credit products and services. Collaborate with the Virtual TM team and share best practices, leveraging corporate sales development partners for effective outreach. Coordinate with Market Relationship Managers and Market Leaders to transition larger or more complex relationships. Leverage technology to enhance client engagement and loyalty through multiple communication channels. Effectively manage risk/return in accordance with PNC’s risk profile and drive quality for new and existing clients, identifying and mitigating regulatory, reputational, and operational risks. Qualifications University/college degree and 5+ years of industry‑relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience. Strong customer‑focused mindset with knowledge of values and practices that prioritize customer needs. Competence in risk assessment and management to support PNC’s Enterprise Risk Management Framework. Excellent communication, decision‑making, and critical thinking skills. Proficiency in financial analysis and ability to build and nurture client relationships. Experience in sales negotiation and prospecting is preferred. No required certifications or licenses. Salary Base salary range: $65,000 – $159,000. Compensation is incentive eligible based on company, business, and individual performance.
