Requirements: WV/Compact RN License; BLS; ACLS; 2 Years of RN experience MINIMUM and at least 1+ years of in-specialty experience
Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized care to adult patients within the hospital setting, including post-op transplant and cardiac monitoring.
• Float within scope to meet facility needs, including coverage for weekdays, weekends, and holiday shifts.
• Follow patient ratios of 1:5 and ensure adherence to all safety and clinical standards.
• Participate in orientation and maintain compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
• Document all patient care activities accurately using Cerner charting software.
