Your Responsibilities as a Project Manager: Manage cumulative project total $400K annually and achieve profitability goals. Develop $300K in new project work annually. Write and review technical reports and proposals. Provide Due Diligence technical guidance to junior personnel. Prepare and deliver marketing presentations. Hire and manage subcontractors. Mentor and train scientific staff and ensure quality work product. Ensure safe performance of project work. Review Phase 1 reports and write Phase 2 proposals and reports. What we're looking for: Bachelor's degree in related field and 8+ years of experience with environmental field sampling, data collection, and MCP report preparation under the direction of a Licensed Site Professional (LSP). Technical writing and oversight Business development experience Project management Previous experience mentoring and training junior staff members Microsoft 365/CRM Experience with Deltek Vision is highly desired. Previous experience with Ohio Voluntary Action Program, Kentucky Environmental Agency, and Indiana Environmental Agency is preferred.
