• Experience in real estate sales, with a focus on open houses, is essential.
• Ability to coordinate and manage events, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.
• Proven track record of preparing properties to showcase them in the best possible light.
• Strong communication skills to engage and provide guidance to open house visitors.
• Ability to implement effective follow-up procedures to nurture and convert leads.
• Experience in utilizing sales techniques to drive revenue and achieve targets.
• Skill in strategically planning and scheduling open houses for maximum exposure and sales opportunities.
