Through daily practice, coaching, and real-time feedback, you will continue building confidence, credibility, and communication skills that transfer into every part of a successful real estate career.

You will also learn to generate outbound conversations, prospect for new business, qualify opportunities, and build relationships tied to active listings and current market activity. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will strengthen your delivery, improve follow-up, and develop the habits that support consistent production and long-term growth.

With structured coaching, proven systems, and ongoing mentorship, you will continue building momentum through communication while preparing to transition into a successful Listing Agent role as your experience and confidence grow.

Compensation:

$120,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:

• Follow up with customers via phone calls, email, etc. to ensure they buy their next home with us
• Conduct lead follow up until appointments are set with either a listing or buyer’s agent
• Create monthly and quarterly sales reports to show the team’s progress toward company goals
• Update client information in the CRM to make sure all real estate team members have current information
• Manage sales inquiries from qualified leads and convert them into new clients

Qualifications:

• Must have great communication and interpersonal skills
• Applicants must have a real estate license
• Must possess a valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car

• A real estate license is required in order to work with clients
