Inside Sales Agent

The focus is on building confidence, improving communication, and creating consistent habits that lead to appointments, listings, and long term success. Working alongside experienced real estate professionals, you will learn how successful listing agents create momentum through strong communication, effective follow up, and proven workflows. You will continue strengthening your organization, expanding your knowledge of the listing process, and developing the skills needed to build a business based on repeat clients and referrals rather than constantly searching for the next opportunity. Responsibilities: • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met • Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline • Create and maintain a database of prospective and past clients to ensure organized and current information on all leads • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions • Gather information from prospective clients and qualify them prior to moving them forward in the sales pipeline so agents can provide an efficient sales process • Follow the team plan • Set listing and buyer appointments • Execute appointments • Close sales • Grow into a lead buyer or listing agent • Team player • CRM and database mastery • Scripts mastery Qualifications: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred • Must possess a real estate license or be in pursuit of a license • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience • Must live within the office area Compensation: $140,000 at plan commissions
