Veterinary Technician Supervisor

Overview BluePearl Specialty + Emergency Pet Hospital in Spring, TX is looking for a Veterinary Technician Supervisor with passion and the ability to help motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals. We have an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to be a leader in a dynamic team of veterinary professionals. The ideal candidate will be excellent at training and mentoring, will have advanced veterinary skills, and will contribute to a dynamic work environment with exciting medical cases and opportunities for career development. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills. Responsibilities Serve as a mentor to lower-level staff by demonstrating positive work habits, effective clinical skills, and business knowledge. Coach team members to anticipate and address patient and client needs, and seek assistance with escalated, stressful situations. Work with hospital leadership to organize technician and assistant meetings. Organize training schedules for Technician staff. Identify conflicts in the workplace and seek assistance in resolution. Provide feedback to leadership and work to develop performance improvement plans. Other related duties as assigned. Why BluePearl Our passion is pets.
