Journeyman Electrician – Power Commercial, Industrial, and Residential Projects with Elite Electrical Contractors

Job Overview:

• Company: Elite Electrical Contractors
• Salary/Pay Rate: $39 - $45 per hour plus Annual Bonus
• Location: Marathon City, WI (10% Travel Required)

The Opportunity:

You will drive field operations across diverse electrical installations while delivering high-quality service to the local community. How You Will Make an Impact:

• Execute precision electrical installations across residential, commercial, and industrial job sites.
• Troubleshoot complex wiring, control systems, and power distribution components efficiently.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized worksite to protect crew members and property.
• Communicate professionally with customers to explain technical details and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform specialized work on solar power systems and elevator controls as needed.
• Uphold strict safety guidelines including Fall Protection, lift usage, and OSHA standards.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License for the State of Wisconsin.
• Comprehensive technical knowledge across residential, commercial, and industrial electrical systems.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven track record of positive customer interactions.
• High degree of self-motivation, honesty, dependability, and professional site cleanliness.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional project assignments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Wisconsin Journeyman Electrician Certification from an accredited trade program.
• 2+ years experience with active journeyman license.
• Prior experience with solar energy systems or elevator electrical controls is a plus.
