Position Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor – Carthage Center, Carthage, NY Incentive: $7,500 sign‑on bonus; Daily Pay; Low‑out-of-pocket Aetna health coverage. Job Details Shift: 11:00 pm–7:00 am, Full‑Time (FT) Openings: 1 Responsibilities Complete resident care requirements by scheduling and assigning nursing staff. Establish a compassionate environment by providing support to residents and families. Provide information to residents and staff by answering questions and requests. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by implementing rules and regulations. Ensure resident confidence by monitoring confidential information processing. Manage documentation of resident care services. Promote a cooperative relationship among health‑care teams. Qualifications Must hold a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license. Minimum 3 years of long‑term‑care experience required. Strong and positive team leader for all staff members. Familiar with EHR and prescribing programs. Excellent communication skills. Basic computer skills.
