RN Nurse Educator, Cardiac Cath Lab 

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Nurse Educator to join our team in the Cardiac Cath Lab. This role is ideal for a professional with a strong background in cardiac catheterization and a passion for teaching and mentoring the next generation of nurses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of patient care.
• Assess the educational needs of the nursing staff and create customized training plans.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of educational interventions and make improvements as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Nursing Education is required.
• Substantial hands-on experience in a Cardiac Cath Lab.
• Previous experience as an educator in an acute care facility.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Permanent Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually, market competitive.

Schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, primarily Monday through Friday, with some weekends required.
