Our healthcare partner is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to join their team in a critical access hospital setting. This role offers the unique opportunity to work both in Med Surg and the Emergency Room, providing comprehensive care to patients with diverse needs.

As a Med Surg Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care. You will be responsible for managing patient care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes. This position requires flexibility and adaptability, as you may float between Med Surg and ER based on patient needs.

• Provide direct patient care in both Med Surg and Emergency Room settings
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Collaborate with physicians, LPNs, and CNAs to deliver comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Athena EMR
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards
• Need 1 year experience in setting
• Current KS state or multistate RN license required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications required (AHA)
• COVID-19 vaccine (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
