Vice President of Corporate Work Study Cristo Rey Research Triangle High School Employment Type Full Time Location Posted Date Position Summary: Primary Functions: The Vice President of Corporate Work Study will drive all facets of the Corporate Work Study Program, including client relations, job sales and operational excellence. This role is pivotal in nurturing and expanding corporate partnerships to secure comprehensive and meaningful student employment, alongside fostering the growth of current partnerships. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, educational setting and will be dedicated to furthering the Cristo Rey Research Triangle mission. Key responsibilities: Lead and oversee the Corporate Work Study program, ensuring strategic program management and legal compliance. Develop and cultivate new corporate relationships while maintaining and expanding existing ones to ensure full student employment. Champion innovative solutions and strategies to meet program goals and enhance student work opportunities. Manage CWS team, ensuring all program elements are executed effectively. Demonstrated leadership in educational or related settings, with a passion for the Cristo Rey mission. Minimum of five years' experience in lead generation, with a proven track record of securing corporate sales or sponsorships. At least three years' leadership experience in revenue-generating roles with corporate clients. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of inspiring and engaging a diverse range of stakeholders. Strong ethical standards and integrity, building trust across a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders. Results-oriented, with a history of providing innovative and effective business solutions. Demonstrated ability to develop, coach, and lead high-performance teams within a diverse cultural academic environment.
