Duties
You will maintain computerized calendaring and tracking systems to track current cases and suspense dates.
You will draft and edit written documents (e.g., non-legal memoranda, research, office reports, and correspondence) for release and to higher level echelons within DoW or external to DoW for tCounsel signature.
You will identify and locate legal documents (e.g., reports, instructions, regulations, statutes, law books) from legal reference sources or electronic search engines to support military justice, litigation, and administrative matters.
You will administer research (e.g., legislation, policy, case law) and conduct analyses to provide accurate information to attorneys and other legal personnel.
You will draft correspondence, memoranda, and various legal instruments to assist attorneys in military justice, litigation, and administrative matters.
You will assist attorneys with administrative coordination of and support for military justice and administrative proceedings.
