CustodianSalary: $15.00 hourly Term: 12 Month Full time position Benefits: This position provides full time benefits including earned annual/sick leave, health insurance benefits, and NC state retirement.Qualifications:High School or equivalentDemonstrate aptitude for the work to be performedAbility to work effectively with other peopleKnowledge of cleaning methods, materials and equipmentExperience preferredPerform tasks in cleaning of school facilities and school ground which may include but are not limited to: scrubbing, dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, waxing and polishing floors in rooms, offices, hallways and closetsMaintain school grounds and perform any tasks required for this maintenanceReport to supervisor any damages or need for repairsPerform other duties as assigned by the principal for maintaining a clean and healthy environment for the studentsReports To: Superintendent or designee, Principal Michelle Stevens
